okay, so I have a GREAT praise report. On Saturday afternoon I had a list of things to do around the house and one of them was get the yard ready for winter. I had already done leaf clean up once only to have another tree dump all over the yard. I am not a big fan of raking so I cheat by mulching and bagging with my mower. It was around 3:00 in the afternoon and I had company coming around 5 so I planned on an hour in the yard.
I went outside thankful for the wonderful weather and started the mower....oh, it wouldn't start. I spent 15 minutes fighting with the machine, checking the gas, oil, spark plug etc. I couldn't see any reason it wouldn't start. I tried again, and again. Finally, I picked up the rake.
Like I said, I am not a fan of raking. After about 10 minutes (if even) I threw the rake and went back to the garage. I paused, took a deep breath and said a prayer. No joke, I wish there were a witness, it started on the FIRST pull. Praise God! Sometimes it's the littlest things but boy, I needed that one.
The yard was done and the food ready by the time company showed up.
